The Russian National Committee for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, the Scientific Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences on mechanics of deformable solids, the Institute of Continuous Media Mechanics of the Urals Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences («ICMM UB RAS») announce the holding of the XXI Winter School on Continuum Mechanics from 18 to 22 February 2019.

Registration
Registration of participants and abstracts submission carried out on-line on the School's website at https://ws.icmm.ru until October 15, 2018. A template for the preparation of abstracts is posted on the site. Abstracts that are not drawn up according to the requirements are not accepted for consideration.
The program of the School includes invited, oral and poster presentations, which are selected and distributed among sections by the Program Committee. The list of accepted papers will be posted on the School's website after November 10, 2018.

Articles based on the materials presented at the School will be published in the special issue of Journal, indexed on the Web of Science and Scopus. Articles will be accepted after notification of acceptance of the report in the School program. The publish conditions and requirements to articles will be posted on the website of the School.

Location
The conference will be held at the ICMM main building with accommodation in city hotels http://hotel.perm.ru/. The authors have to arrange their accommodation by themselves.

Authors are invited to observe the following deadlines for:
Abstracts submissions: October 15, 2018
Notification of acceptance: from November 10, 2018
Payment of the registration fee: until December 15, 2018
Conference period: February 18 - 22, 2019
